We are very excited for this new chapter in our daughters life she is starting pre k this year and she has been very excited about shopping for her school supplies. One of the things she has been more excited about is her backpack in her eyes having the backpack makes it real and i won’t lie it made it even more real to me because we have never shopped for a school backpack before she had a mini backpack for pre school these past two years but it was nothing like this…. we went to our favorite store (target) just to shop for school items and she asked an employee for the school section and they sent us all the way to the right back corner of the store… she was happy, her face was full of excitement. she walked and walked looked around and she saw the ONE she loved, she touched it to make sure it was real, grabbed it and tried it on, best part was i was seeing everything through my camera and was able to capture this special moment for her.
As you can see she chose a Frozen backpack which I’m not surprised because she told me days before she had a dream that her school backpack was purple and had elsa and ana in the front…. I told her dreams come true my princess so i believe you.
Good luck to all of you who are going out shopping on tax free weekend you are very brave… not me lol i will be enjoying the last few days i have with my daughter at home and will likely be working 🙂 hope your kids have a great school year as well as you… and if anyone wants to have lunch once school starts give me a call we will have a few hours to talk and eat with out having our kids call our name like ten times lol.
